Updated drawings with optional revs dated 1-25-13.
Fabricated the P01-04 throttle quadrant mount angle from 2-1/2" raw stock. Updrilled holes in left upper longeron for the AN3 mounting hardware. If using the optional mixture bracket, AN3-7A bolts are needed to mount the P01-03 trottle quadrant to the bracket, not the AN3-5A bolt called out on the print.
Match drilled the hinges that get installed on the seat sling F05-03. Deburred everything and then bent the seat sling using my "Clay Brake". After bending, riveted the hinges onto the seat sling. Used a "Digital Angle Gauge" that has a convenient magnetic base as a guide during the bending process (Harbor Freight #95998). .
I installed the rivets on the seat attach angle F08-02 with the heads on the hinge side (yesterdays post) , the usual practice with the head on the thinner material. WRONG. The prints calls for the head on the other side in this case because the seat side of the hinge will interfere with the rivets if not installed with the factory head on the angle side. Need to remove/replace 20 rivets.
